A Day in the life documentary gives a snapshot of an injured person’s day after a horrible incident. It will show how that person navigates their day from first getting up to the end of the day. Video of getting out of bed, dressing, eating, fixing hair, brushing teeth, walking up and down stairs, getting in and out of a car and therapy sessions are included to show the effects of the injured parties “new” reality. Using video and photos from before the incident can give a powerful contrast to the current condition. Several of the Day In The Life videos we have done were successful in prompting settlement prior to trial.
