Video Living Wills

No one wants a contested will when a lot of assets are at stake.  One solution is a Video Will.  A video recording of will changes made under the direction of an attorney.  Usually the attorney will establish the person making changes to the will is of sound mind and asks question to verify that. Next the attorney will review the will and any changes to it making sure the changes are the party’s wishes. Usually the changes are substantial (such as cutting someone out of a will) and showing the individual on video verifying those changes is critical to avoiding a will contest later. Sometimes the will documents have already been executed and the party making the changes wants it to be abundantly clear of their intentions using the Video to back up the written documents. If the attorney finds it necessary to swear in the person making will changes,  we will do that prior to the recording.
